Build the world. Build the business around it.

Horizon Studio is Dhawal Laheri’s development and publishing company in Dubai. It brings creative, technical and commercial work into one team, from the first product decision to the experience a customer uses.

A game needs more than its visual world. It needs mechanics, reliable systems, a route to launch and reasons for players to return. A digital platform needs the same connection between what people experience and what the business delivers.

Horizon works across eight disciplines: game development, white-label iGaming, licensing consultancy, blockchain, collectibles, immersive technology, AI automation and growth. A founder can shape a first product; an established team can bring in the capabilities it needs for its next stage.

Inside Horizon

What makes
it work.

Games, immersive experiences, digital platforms and the systems that help them reach an audience. Eight disciplines, working as one studio.

01

Game development

Mobile and web games, multiplayer systems, game mechanics and economies. The practice connects gaming interfaces, backend architecture and live operations with the world players experience.

02

White-label iGaming

Casino and sportsbook integration with a branded player experience. Scope can include back-office tools, user management, wallet connections, multilingual configuration and launch testing.

03

Licensing & consultancy

Market-entry strategy, operating-model planning and specialist coordination. The work connects licensing pathways, provider onboarding, payment journeys and launch readiness.

04

NFT & blockchain

Digital collectibles, token utility, in-game ownership and marketplace integration. The focus is on a useful reason for people to own, access or participate in something.

05

Figurines & collectibles

Character worlds made tangible through figurines, premium merchandise and collector editions. Product visualisation and packaging help connect original IP with objects people can keep.

06

AR, VR & mixed reality

Immersive environments, spatial interactions and storytelling. From a product demonstration to a brand world, the aim is to make the audience part of the experience.

07

AI automation

Support workflows, lead capture, CRM, internal processes, content pipelines and reporting. Automation supports the people running the business, with oversight built into the process.

08

Market Gravity

Horizon’s growth practice brings positioning, launch campaigns, content, community and conversion together. Product and audience development become part of the same plan.

The perspective

01

The working process

Discover. Strategise. Design. Build. Scale.

The first stage is a close look at the ambition: the audience, business model, priorities and constraints. Those conversations establish what the product needs to achieve and what deserves attention first.

Strategy becomes a clear scope and sequence. Design connects user journeys, prototypes and technical architecture. Development then moves through focused stages of integration, testing and review. Launch brings a new set of questions, informed by real feedback and operational experience.

02

Beyond a single screen

A product has a whole world around it.

A character can move from a game into a collectible. An immersive environment can give a brand a new way to meet its audience. A platform can use AI to make its support and follow-up more responsive. These are different expressions of the same commercial idea.

Horizon can connect those elements from the outset. That breadth matters when a project needs more than one discipline, and when separate teams would otherwise be solving related problems in isolation.

03

Dhawal’s involvement

A founder’s attention, from the brief to the detail.

Dhawal works across product direction, commercial use cases, visual identity and partner conversations. His involvement keeps the intended business close to the product being built.

Tap Tap Go and the W11 portfolio reflect different sides of that practice: identity and everyday connections on one side; sport, participation and entertainment on the other. Each keeps its own audience, character and reason to exist.

The ambition

Bring the product, the experience and the business into the same conversation.
